About CVS Uttlesford

CVSU is a registered charity set up to champion and support community and voluntary groups in Uttlesford.

We deliver services that address loneliness and isolation, and we are working to increase digital inclusion within our district.

West Essex Help – Supported Hospital Discharge

We are working with Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow to support the safe discharge of patients to their home/community.

Hospital staff can call 03333 408218 or email westessex.help@cvsu.org.uk with requests for support.
