In July 2022 CVSU became UCAN – Uttlesford Community Action Network.

West Essex Help – Supported Hospital Discharge

We are working with Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow to support the safe discharge of patients to their home/community.

Hospital staff can call 03333 408218 or email westessex.help@cvsu.org.uk with requests for support.
