The Essex Fund was set up with us in 2000 by Essex County Council to commemorate the Millennium and provide a lasting financial resource for local charities.
To date, the Fund has awarded £1.4 million into local communities and this year’s funding is now available.
Grants can support activities that help unpaid carers, improve the environment or engage people with it, provide a community resource or help young people to explore culture and heritage.
