The annual general meeting of the Dunmow Flitch Friendship Club will be held on Thursday 4th October 2018 starting at 6.00 p.m. The venue will be Rowena Davey Centre, Chequers Lane, Dunmow, Essex. CM6 1EQ.
Members will be invited to vote on the following resolutions being recommended to them by the trustees:
- Election of CVS Uttlesford as Treasurer
- Election of CVS Uttlesford as Secretary
- Adoption of the new contitution

If you are a paid-up member and unable to attend on the day, you can give the Chair your proxy vote in advance. Please contact Helen Manly or make your wishes known to a member of the committee at the social gathering on 6th September.
