It’s Get Online Week this week (October 14-20), where organisations around the UK will be setting up events to talk to people about technology
Here in Great Dunmow, Wade & Davies have kindly offered us the use of their Community Room (in the High Street, next to their office), which we’ll be using from Tuesday – Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. So, please come in for a chat about technology – either to find out how to use your mobile phone / tablet / laptop, or to see how technology is helping some older people in West Essex – whether that’s using voice control to switch lights on, making sure the fridge door is closed, or where a wristband can monitor falls and automatically request help.
